A traditional A frame Canandian log cabin with Cornish stone fireplace to cosy down by in the winter months or swing open the patio doors to let your living space flow out into the garden during the warmer months.

Ground Floor

The entrance hall leads through the hallway into an open plan lounge / kitchen / diner.
Kitchen with range-cooker and American style fridge / freezer, large dining table.  The lounge enjoys a lovely log burner and plenty of cosy seating, flat screen 44″ TV and radio / CD player.  From the lounge you can enjoy views of the garden through the patio doors.
Off the kitchen there is a utility room which provides you with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with en-suite shower and a separate WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 1:  King size bed (5ft) with en-suite including shower, WC and wash basin with electric shaver point.

First Floor

On the first floor there is a family bathroom, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with en-suite.
Family bathroom with bath and handheld shower, WC and washbasin with electric shaver point.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: Master king size bedroom (5ft) with en-suite including shower, WC and washing basin with electric shaver point.
Please be aware of the low windows in the bedroom – there is a safety catch but this can be moved to allow the windows to open wide so care must be taken with children. 

Outside

Samphire enjoys a garden to all sides of the property with the creek running at the bottom.  From the lounge patio doors you go out onto a decking area with table and chairs then down onto the grass area.
Please be aware the fence and gate at the end of the garden is not enclosed and leads down to the creek.

Parking

The property benefits from parking for up to 3 cars to the side of the house.

Linen & Towels

This property provides linen and towels (a mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in all rooms).
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Babies & Children

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.

Care must be taken with children due to the low opening windows on the first floor.
Care must also be taken in the garden where there is a creek that runs at the end of the garden where the fence and gate is not enclosed.

Heating

The property has gas central heating and a log burner (please bring your own logs and kindling).

WIFI

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
