A quiet and sunny roof terrace for sunbathing and dining and allocated parking just steps away on North Quay too – win-win!
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from North Quay, up 3 steps and through a gate into an alleyway which leads up 2 further steps round to the back of the buildings.
There are then 12 steps up a steel staircase (with a handrail) that leads to another gate and 1 step up onto the patio area at the rear of the apartments where there is a table and chairs plus a border area with pot plants to separate the two apartments.
INSIDE: Sandy’s Flat is to the left and there are 2 steps up inside the property which comprises of a kitchen, lounge/dining area, double bedroom (5ft) and shower room with WC all on one level.

Caution: the enclosed patio has railings but there is a drop on the other side.
