Front sitting room, open plan kitchen/diner/living room with patio doors out to garden, in the kitchen there is an electric oven and gas hob, and a standard size fridge and in the living area is a 34″ TV and DVD player, there is also a utility room with a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer) and a separate WC with washbasin.

First Floor

1 bunk bedroom (double lower and single upper bed) with a washbasin, 1 double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (3ft top and 4ft 6” bottom)

Second Floor

1 master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin.
