A quaint courtyard greets you at the front of this Cornish stone-fronted cottage that used to be the residence of Padstow coach - the stables being next door. Courtyard-bound evenings spent watching the world go by.
Home-cooked feasts sat elbow to elbow around the dinner table. Spilling onto sofas and exchanging memories as the evening ebbs away. Serendipity makes those golden holiday moments happen.
Ground Floor
Kitchen with cooker and a fridge/freezer and a lounge/dining room with TV and separate DVD player.
Separate toilet with wash basin. There is a utility room/drying room where you may also store bikes.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunks (only suitable for children) and a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A bunk bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
A small patio area with table and chairs to the front of the property.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
Please note there are steep ladders in 2 of the bedrooms leading up to a mezzanine floor. These are to be used at your own risk. There is also a climbing wall for children in the bunk bedroom also to be used at your own risk.

Heating
The property has gas central heating and a log-burner in the lounge. Please provide your own logs.
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Gas / electric are included in your holiday.
No smoking.
Please note there are ladder stairs up to a mezzanine, care must be taken if you choose to climb these and Harbour Holidays takes no responsibility for anyone using these.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is gained straight from High Street, one step takes you onto the patio area.
GROUND FLOOR: There is then one small step up to the front door, one small step over the door frame and one tiny step straight into the lounge/diner then through to the kitchen.
From here there is a door leading one step up and one step over the door frame to the utility room (this can also be accessed from an outside back door at the side of the property).
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor with a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 double bedroom with double bed (5.5ft) twin bedroom (3ft beds) and 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds (3ft) (because of its size, this room is only suitable for children)
Please note – in the bunk and double room there are steep ladders leading up to high seating areas. These are to be used at your own risk.
OUTSIDE: There is a small patio garden with seating bench.
