A quaint courtyard greets you at the front of this Cornish stone-fronted cottage. Inside, the wooden staircases and aged roof timbers make for an authentic cottage experience, while slate tiles lead from a comfortable lounge space right through to the modern kitchen. So wake up, take the dog for a stroll over Chapel Style, brew a cuppa, then sneak back into your kingsize master suite for a luxurious lie-in. Well, you are on holiday.Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is gained straight from High Street, one tiny step/ramp from the street through a gate and into the front courtyard area.
GROUND FLOOR: There is then one small step up to the front door, one small step over the door frame and one tiny step straight into the lounge/diner (with a selection of videos/DVDs and board games) then through to the kitchen with AGA and separate cooker.
From here there is a door leading one step up and one step over the door frame to the store room (this can also be accessed from an outside door at the side of the property).
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor with a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 double bedroom with double bed (5ft) twin bedroom (3ft beds) and 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds (3ft) (because of its size, this room is only suitable for children)
OUTSIDE: There is a small patio garden with table and chairs.
HEATING: Via gas boiler – the boiler is in the out-house and there is a thermostat in the living room, there is also a gas fire in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a travel cot (no linen provided) kept in the double bedroom wardrobe. Any other equipment but can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is by the front door.
