Take advantage of use of the owner’s slipway to launch your dinghies, kayaks and SUPs onto the estuary and enjoy your evenings sitting back on the patio whilst the burgers sizzle on the BBQ, watching the children release their final bout of energy on the playing field before recharging for another fun-filled day,

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5ft) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Views of the estuary.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4″6) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Patio doors to the back garden with views of the countryside.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3ft) with views of the countryside. (Can be made as a super-king bed, please confirm upon booking).

Please note this property is situated close to a small campsite (25 tent units only) which operates from Whitsun to the 1st week in September. There will be additional parking for campers on the field in front of the house and a small toilet block is at the back of the house.
