With breath taking views over the Camel Estuary, Shifting Sands is a spacious, beautifully decorated holiday home which captivates that holiday vibe.
Take advantage of use of the owner’s slipway to launch your dinghies, kayaks and SUPs onto the estuary and enjoy your evenings sitting back on the patio whilst the burgers sizzle on the BBQ, watching the children release their final bout of energy on the playing field before recharging for another fun-filled day.
Inside
All on one floor, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with stunning views of the Camel estuary, one kingsize bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, integrated fridge (2/3) and freezer (1/3), dishwasher and microwave.
Utility room with sink.
Dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 6.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5ft) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Views of the estuary.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4″6) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Patio doors to the back garden with views of the countryside.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3ft) with views of the countryside. (Can be made as a super-king bed, please confirm upon booking).
Family bathroom: Bath (1500mm), separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Covered patio area with gas BBQ to the side of the house with estuary views.
Back patio area with table and chairs and sun-loungers.
Use of communal large grass area.
Parking
There is parking for three cars at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
Shifting Sands has a travel cot and a highchair for your use (please bring your own linen).

Seasonal use of owner’s slipway into River Camel, it is suitable for dinghies, kayaks, SUPs or sailboards.
Please note this property is situated close to a small campsite (25 tent units only) which operates from Whitsun to the 1st week in September. There will be additional parking for campers on the field in front of the house and a small toilet block is at the back of the house.
