Flooded with light from patio doors and picture windows, the property is modern, bright and a pleasure to spend time in. Get out to Trevone beach, head into Padstow for lunch, or take a stroll along the nearby coastpath. Share stories of the day over dinner in the country-style kitchen then retire to the conservatory for chatter over a glass of something smooth. Same again tomorrow?
Ground Floor
An open plan kitchen/diner, a lounge with TV/DVD, conservatory, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bath, washbasin and WC. Extra WC/washbasin off the kitchen
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC (4ft6 bed)
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with en-suite bath and shower over, washbasin and WC (3ft beds)
First Floor
A playroom with TV/DVD, a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC and a twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom. (3 ft beds)
Outside
A garden, patio area with furniture and a hot outside shower.
Parking
Parking for up to 4 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
At Skylarks a High Chair is provided however if you need to hire any other equipment either for the beach or your holiday home, or would like a babysitter please click here for details of who you can contact.
Heating
The property is heated throughout by central heating and there is a wood burner in the living room. (please bring your own logs).
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house. There are 2 steps up to the porch and then a step over the doorway to enter the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground level there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large kitchen with dining area. Also on this floor is the lounge with French doors leading onto the garden, a conservatory and a twin and double bedroom, the twin has an en-suite bathroom and the double an en-suite shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps will take you to the first floor with a shower room with washbasin and WC, a playroom and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen and dining room there is 1 step through the doors down into the garden. You can also access the outside area from lounge by the French doors with 3 steps down leading onto the garden area and from the conservatory with 2 steps onto a patio area.
