ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house. There are 2 steps up to the porch and then a step over the doorway to enter the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground level there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large kitchen with dining area. Also on this floor is the lounge with French doors leading onto the garden, a conservatory and a twin and double bedroom, the twin has an en-suite bathroom and the double an en-suite shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps will take you to the first floor with a shower room with washbasin and WC, a playroom and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen and dining room there is 1 step through the doors down into the garden. You can also access the outside area from lounge by the French doors with 3 steps down leading onto the garden area and from the conservatory with 2 steps onto a patio area.
