ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house
GROUND FLOOR: There are 2 steps up to the porch and then a step over the doorway to enter the house. Once inside, on the ground level there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large kitchen with dining area. Also on this floor is the lounge with French doors leading onto the garden, a conservatory and a twin and double bedroom, the twin has an en-suite bathroom and the double an en-suite shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps will take you to the first floor with a shower room with washbasin and WC, a playroom and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen and dining room there is 1 step through the doors down into the garden. You can also access the outside area from lounge by the French doors with 3 steps down leading onto the garden area and from the conservatory with 2 steps onto a patio area.
HEATING: The property is heated throughout by central heating, which can be controlled by the thermostats in the hallway or turned up and down by the radiators. The boiler is located in the kitchen. There is also a wood burner in the living room. (please bring your own logs)
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
All instruction files for the property are kept in the bookshelf in the hall way.

Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the hallway.
