ACCESS: From Glynn Road there is a pathway that leads you up to Spindrift. 2 steps take you over the threshold and into the hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: 2 steps take you over the threshold into the entrance hall, once inside the ground floor is all on one level with a front room off to the left with a wood burner. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room at the rear of the property, where there is also a utility room which has the washing machine/tumble dryer a WC and washbasin. From here there is rear patio door that takes you out onto the enclosed patio area, there is a sitting are and a charcoal barbecue.
FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway 14 steps take you up to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and a family sized bathroom which has a bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
SECOND FLOOR: From the first floor landing 14 steps take you up to the second floor where there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 step takes you out into the enclosed patio area. There is a patio area which offers a table and chairs. There is also a side gate but can only be accessed from the inside.
