Ground Floor

Front sitting room with 4K SMART TV and DVD player, there is also a wood burner and a starter kit is provided. Open plan kitchen/diner/living area with an electric oven and hob and microwave/combi oven, an American style fridge/freezer (both 1/2 and 1/2) and a Bluetooth soundbar and 4K SMART TV and DVD player, from here there are patio doors leading out to courtyard garden. There is also a utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer and a cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

First Floor

2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower which is overhead , a washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed )
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed)

Second Floor

A twin bedroom with distant estuary views and a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

There is a small gravelled garden at the back of the house with patio area with table and chairs.

Parking

There is parking for 1 car at the front of the house.

Linen and towels provided
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
All pillows and duvets are synthetic.

Arrival and Departure

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

There is central heating throughout.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
