ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway outside the property, from the front door with a slope up to the door and just a small door lip to step over.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property is all on one level. There is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. There are also 2 bathrooms with a WC washbasin, heated towel rail and showers (one bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, one has a shower only). There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king size double 6ft beds and 1 twin room 3ft beds.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living room patio doors leading one step over into the enclosed garden/patio area, there is one step down from the decked area to the lawn area. From the back double bedroom patio doors there is one step over onto the decking then one step down to the garden.

An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and hob and American style fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer) in the kitchen area. There is also 2 double bedrooms, 1 which can be made into a twin by prior arrangement, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and a second shower room with a shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (6ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (6ft bed) with the option of being made into a twin with 2 3ft beds, please request at time of booking if you would like it as a twin.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Enclosed lawned garden and decked area, shower, summer house with wine cooler and shed for storage.Parking

Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival
There is a highchair in the property which is located in the cupboard in the hall, there is also a travel cot which you will find in the twin bedroom wardrobe.
All other equipment needed can be hired from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
