ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway there is one step up inside the front door and the house is then all on one level.
GROUND FLOOR: There is a large kitchen/diner, living room with patio doors leading 1 step down out to the garden, master super king bedroom with patio doors leading 1 step down out to the garden, 1 king size bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail and a bathroom with separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living room there is patio doors leading 1 step down onto the patio from the patio area there are 2 steps down to the lawn. There is also a back door leading out to the garden down 1 step.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, the boiler is located in a cupboard in the hallway. There are thermostats in every room and heating can also be controlled via the radiators by turning up and down.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the living room.

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
