A former pilchard pressing building, history lives in this property’s vaulted ceilings, cavernous fireplaces, and beautiful beams. Alongside the heritage, modern touches elevate every inch of this quirky building in beautiful living spaces, characterful bedrooms and outdoor areas. From its ping pong table and pretty courtyard to its large wrap-around lawn crying out for a sizzling sausage or two, there’s enough room for everyone to run wild.
ACCESS: Access to the property from the graveled parking area is through double wooden gates which brings you to a court yard with paved area leading to the main door. Up one step and the door threshold.
GROUND FLOOR: To the right of the entrance hall down one step to the dining room and two reception rooms which are all on the same level with door thresholds. Leading off to the left of the dining room down one step to the kitchen/diner, this in turn leads to the utility room up one step. To the right of the utility is a shower room with WC, hand basin and shower up one small step into cubicle. Pass the shower room which brings you back to the entrance hall.
FIRST FLOOR: Up 14 Stairs to the first floor, to the right along the corridor is a twin bedded room over the door threshold, the family bathroom room is the next door to the left with Hand Basin, WC, bath with shower over. Further along is a double bedroom with hand basin at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom also with a hand basin. Back to the top of the staircase on the first floor to the left up one step and then down two into a twin bedded room from this room access is gained to a three bedded room which in turn leads to a double.
From the triple bedded room is a stair case down 13 stairs to a bathroom with WC, hand basin, Bath and shower over.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: The outside of the property consists of a parking area to the side. A grassed area is up one step leading on from this. The garden wraps to the side of the house and down three steps to another grassed area to the front of the property, this then has a banked lawn to another grassed area which in turn leads back to the parking area.

Beach is not exclusive can be accessed by other people by boat or low tide.
There is a boathouse on Onjohn Cove that is occasionally used by a local fisherman. On such occasions, he has permission to use the garden for access and parking.
Care must be taken with young children in the garden.
The Cellars is accessed through Harlyn Caravan Park.
The South West Coastal Path also runs along the cliff in front of the house which is a public right of way – both sides of the fencing/shrubs
Please note that the marker on the map is placed by Google and is not quite in the right position, The Cellars is right above the beach in Harlyn and not inland.
