ACCESS: Access is gained through a short lane and a private gate that leads to The Coach House where there is a driveway with ample parking plus an outhouse for storage. Accessed is gained from the bottom door where there is 1 step over the door frame inside.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, shower room with WC and basin, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 twin bedroom & 1 Double bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up a wooden staircase take you up to the first floor where there is a lounge, 1 bunk bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: There is also a door that leads out and down 14 external steps to the driveway. There is a large lawn plus a patio with table and chairs.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the kitchen. There is a thermostat on the wall in the kitchen or heating can be controlled via the radiators by turning up and down. There is also a wood burner in the kitchen (please bring your own logs for the fire)
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
