You’re within a hop and a skip of the local cliff tops and coastal walks to get out and about. And explorers little and large will love the nearby rockpools and outcrops of Booby’s Bay.
ACCESS: Access is gained through a short lane and a private gate that leads to The Coach House where there is a driveway with ample parking plus an outhouse for storage. Accessed is gained from the bottom door where there is 1 step over the door frame inside.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, shower room with WC and basin, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 twin bedroom & 1 Double bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up a wooden staircase take you up to the first floor where there is a lounge, 1 bunk bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the first floor there is also a door that leads out and down 13 external steps to the driveway. There is a large lawn plus a patio with table and chairs.
