ACCESS: Access is gained from the gravel drive area which takes you up to The Croft where there is parking right outside.
One step up onto a patio area and then a further step take you in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: This property is all on one level and comprises of a kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom with WC, shower room with WC, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom there is also 1 step from the garage up to the shower area.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there are patio doors leading down one tiny step out to a large grassed, open garden which leads down to the cliffs. In the garage there is a washing machine and fridge freezer and there is also a communal tennis court outside.
The garage door is 8 1/2 ft x 13 ft but has storage on one side, the garage is not used for cars.
HEATING: The property is heated throughout by Dimplex wall heaters. There is also a wood burner in the living room.

The nearest payphone is the Harlyn Inn. The nearest shops are in the village of St. Merryn. The nearest bus stop is by Harlyn beach carpark.

A bungalow with a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, and standard fridge, a separate lounge with a 18″ TV and DVD player and an open fire. Just off the kitchen is a cloakroom with a shower, washbasin and WC and access to the garage with a fridge freezer and washing machine (1/2 fridge and ½ freezer). There are also 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single and a family shower room with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC
