ACCESS: From Glynn Road there is 1 tiny step up through the gate into the front garden with a further 3 steps up inside the front door.

FIRST FLOOR: There are 14 steps upstairs to a family bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, heated towel rail & basin, a double bedroom with 4ft 6” bed, a bunk bedroom with adult size beds and a twin bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 14 steps up to the master double bedroom with 4ft 6” bed and an en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE: From the open plan lounge area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step to the patio and lawned garden all on one level.
