The Moorings Old School Court is a two-minute stroll to the harbour and everything that has to offer. Park the car and nip backwards and forwards from the Harbour to home. Walk to the ferry and dine in Rock or buy local delicacies to eat in the garden. Decorated in a stylish coastal style this house brings back visitors year after year. Tucked away in a secluded courtyard The Moorings combines the convenience of being right in the heart of things but with private parking and pretty gardens. a rarity in Padstow. Hotel quality bedding and towels to make your holiday that little bit special.
In the summer throw open the patio doors and have drinks and a BBQ in the enclosed garden watching the world go by. In the winter snuggle down and put your feet up when you get back from a leisurely lunch in one of Padstows finest eateries. Distant estuary views just to start the day off on the right note before you start all over again.
Ground Floor
A kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer), a lounge/dining room with a TV with built in DVD player and a small cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
First Floor
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a double size walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed).
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds).
Outside
Courtyard garden to the rear with patio table, chairs and BBQ, patio with small table and chairs to the front of the house.
Parking
Allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking when available.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A travel cot and stair gate is available at The Moorings (please bring your own linen).

The Moorings has central heating and there is electric fire in the living room.

WIFI & Broadband is available.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the car park, there are 2 steps down, take a turning to the left down 6 more steps, a turning to the right down 6 steps, there is then a path followed by 3 steps, another section of path and on the left is The Moorings.
GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 small step over the front doorway and then the ground floor is all on one level with the exception of one small door lip leading from the hallway into the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs will take you to the first floor where there is a double bedroom (no wardrobe), a twin bedroom (large wardrobe) and a bathroom with bath with a hand held shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back to the lounge, from here there is a door taking you down 2 steps into the courtyard garden where there is a table and chairs and a BBQ.
