The Moorings Old School Court is a two-minute stroll to the harbour and everything that has to offer. Park the car and nip backwards and forwards from the Harbour to home. Walk to the ferry and dine in Rock or buy local delicacies to eat in the garden. Decorated in a stylish coastal style this house brings back visitors year after year. Tucked away in a secluded courtyard The Moorings combines the convenience of being right in the heart of things but with private parking and pretty gardens. a rarity in Padstow. In the summer throw open the patio doors and have drinks and a BBQ in the enclosed garden watching the world go by. In the winter snuggle down and put your feet up when you get back from a leisurely lunch in one of Padstows finest eateries. Distant estuary views just to start the day off on the right note before you start all over again.

Ground FloorA kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer), a lounge/dining room with a TV with built in DVD player and a small cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
First FloorA double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath with a hand held shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed).
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds).
Courtyard garden to the rear with patio table, chairs and BBQ, patio with small table and chairs to the front of the house.
ParkingAllocated parking for one car plus visitor parking when available.
Linen and TowelsLinen and towels are included.
Please bring your own beach towels.
All pillows and duvets are synthetic.
Two Week Stays: If you are staying for 2 weeks, linen and towels will be changed on the middle Friday of your holiday.
Access is via key safe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
