Watching trees sway from your window. Dodging apples as they fall from the tree in your garden. Playing board games under ancient rafters. Whether it’s learning about the colourful history that surrounds you, or making your own stories to tell, The Old Coach House is a setting like no other.
Built in the late 1800’s as part of the Elizabethan estate, The Old Coach House sits proudly in the grounds of Prideaux Place and enjoys views of Padstow’s bustling town and harbour.
A proper piece of Padstow history, The Old Coach House holds on tight to its original features; with old oak doors, exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, but blends these with modern style and comfort. From inside out, history runs deep here. Become part of its story.
From Fentonluna lane there is 1 small step up to the front door with 1 step over the door frame inside.
On the ground floor there is a utility area with 2 steps down to a back door which leads out to the back garden via 1 tiny step. From the hall there are 3 steps down to a shower room with WC and basin plus 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.
9 steps take you up to the first floor and an open plan kitchen/diner/living room with 3 further steps leading to 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with WC and basin (no shower).
From the living room there are doors leading out over 1 step onto the veranda. 10 wooden steps down from here take you onto a gravel area with BBQ and door leading into the utility room downstairs. From here there are 7 steps down onto the lawn which has a path around it and a further 4 steps up to a small higher lawn.
The garage is located to the left of the front door.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
