Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen/diner/snug with an electric oven and gas hob & an American style fridge/freezer. Log burner in the snug. From here there are patio doors leading out to the rear garden area.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, WC & washbasin. Additional WC with washbasin on this floor.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with 32″ TV and ensuite bathroom with shower & WC.
Bedroom 2: A double/twin bedroom (5ft/2.6ft beds) with zip-link beds (please let us know at time of booking if you would like a twin or double) with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin & WC.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom (3ft beds) with 24″ TV.
Bedroom 4: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed) with 24″ TV and ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & WC.
Bedroom 5: A double/twin bedroom (5ft/2.6ft beds) with zip-link beds (please let us know at time of booking if you would like a twin or double) & 32″ TV & ensuite with a washbasin & WC. There is a free standing bath in the bedroom, also a log burner. Patio doors from here lead to the driveway.

Important to note – access to bedroom 5 has to be made through bedroom 4. There is access to bedroom 5 through the doors leading out to the driveway.

Sitting room with sea/country views, 65″ SMART TV, seating for 10+ and log burner (please supply your own logs). Drinks bar & small fridge. Doors leading to 2 balcony’s with distant sea views and seating for 2 on each.

Rear enclosed garden with hot tub, charcoal BBQ and large seating area with all weather canopy & chimenea. Separate tiled courtyard area with games area and full sized tennis table and outdoor shower.

Please note – The hot tub has a check carried out every Wednesday by a qualified professional.

The property has a large driveway suitable for 5-6 vehicles.

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a mixture of goose feather and synthetic bedding at the property.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

The property has a mixture of underfloor and central heating which can be controlled via thermostats on the walls.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.
