Formerly the Padstow RNLI Lifeboat Station, this property’s history has been lovingly preserved with many original features including the former steelworks and winching equipment, while its accommodation has been meticulously updated, with modern features including a wetroom, sun terrace and parking for four cars.

ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway to the property with ample parking for 4 cars. From here there is a wooden gate and two steps down onto a paved/decked patio area with picnic bench.
GROUND FLOOR: From this patio area there is one small step up and one small step down in to the entrance hall. The property is then set out on many different floors/levels. From this entrance hall there is one small step down into a double bedroom with en-suite and four steps down into the kitchen/breakfast room. From here there are 2 steps down into the bunk bedroom ‘cabin room’ and four steps down into another dining area (there are also steps leading down to the ‘boat room’) with a wet room 1 step up with a decked shower and washbasin, this shower room is not private. Off the living area there is a double bedroom with en suite shower (four steps take you down to the bed), a bathroom with bath and shower and a further four steps up to 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms.
FIRST FLOOR: Nine steps up from the entrance hall take you up to the open plan living room with two seating areas and one step up in the middle of the room. Three steps up from here take you through glass doors onto the decked balcony to the front of the property with amazing panoramic views of the estuary.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there are 5 steps into the boathouse (which has a wet room to the right), from the boathouse there are 12 steps down to the lifeboat slipway. All In all there are 3 sun terraces on either side of the property. The owners have also refurbished the boat room at the front of the house which is ideal for dogs, fishing tackle etc. and also has a door leading straight on to the ramp and down to the sea/beach (not available in autumn and winter). From the patio area there is one step up to a further decked area with seating and 6 steps down through a small gate straight on to the rocks which lead down to the water/beach.
HEATING: The property is heated throughout via night storage heaters. There is also an electric fire in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a high chair which is located in the boat room. There is also a travel cot which is kept under the bed in the top double bedroom.

There are 5 bedrooms in the house, 2 with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
There is also a boat room which can be used for storage, with access to the slipway and a wet room (open shower and washbasin)
