Wake in timber clad rooms, push open the double doors and let the great outdoors in. Tuck into breakfast on one of the balconies before a day exploring nearby Padstow with it’s now famous restaurants and winding streets. Or hop onto the ferry from the harbour and land on the beach at Rock. Then head back to Timbers and sink into one of the comfortable sofas , put your feet up and open a bottle of something while chatting through the day’s adventures. Timbers has everything and more for a real home from home holiday.
Ground Floor
A spacious open plan kitchen with electric double oven and Induction hob, integrated washing machine and dishwasher plus a large Fridge freezer. Coffee machine, microwave, and toaster/sandwich maker. Family dining table overlooking the garden and BBQ area with chairs and bench.
Lounge with feature fireplace, comfortable seating area, coffee and side tables and smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors leading to a large, decked area with outside dining table and sun loungers and Weber charcoal BBQ. High quality hotel bed linen and towels. Enclosed rear garden with separate space for bikes/surf boards etc.
Inner hall leading to two beautifully furnished twin bedrooms. Newly refitted family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, vanity unit.

First Floor
Separate lounge with vaulted ceiling and balcony overlooking the rear garden and surrounding countryside. Comfortable seating with coffee and side tables, bookshelf and 50inch smart TV/DVD/Audio.
Large master bedroom with galleried ceiling and balcony. Newly fitted ensuite shower room with vanity unit and W.C King size Bed with high quality Hotel bedding. Co-ordinated furniture and furnishings throughout. Smart TV/DVD player.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside
Decked patio area with table and chairs and lawned garden area, 2 upstairs balconies.
Parking
Parking for up to 3 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A highchair, travel cot and stair gate can be found in the property. Please provide your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from a path up onto the decked terrace which leads to both the front door and the side door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step up takes you inside and into the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath with hand shower, WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a galleried lounge with doors leading one step down onto a balcony. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and basin, there is also a balcony off the double bedroom with one step taking you over the doorway onto this.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the patio at the back of the house, there is one step from the patio area down to the grassed lawn. There are patio table and chairs outside.

“November 2024 - Staying at Timbers is a totally fabulous experience! Brilliant peaceful location, but really convenient for getting into Padstow quickly. The decor is lovely - you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, but it's also comfortable and welcoming so you can sprawl out after a long walk, or a big lunch! There's everything you need and more in the kitchen and, a star in the crown, super comfy bed and pillows - not easy to find those! Sign me up - I'll be back next year! ”
