Wake in timber clad rooms, push open the double doors and let the great outdoors in. Tuck into breakfast on one of the balconies before a day exploring the nearby green hills, cobbled towns and stretching bays. Then sink into the couch, put your feet up the coffee table and wrap your fingers round a steaming mug of tea while chatting through the day’s adventures.Accessibility
There is parking at the front of the property.
ACCESS: Access is gained from a path up onto the decked terrace which leads to both the front door and the side door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step up takes you inside and into the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath with hand shower, WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a galleried lounge with doors leading one step down onto a balcony. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and basin, there is also a balcony off the double bedroom with one step taking you over the doorway onto this.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the patio at the back of the house, there is one step from the patio area down to the grassed lawn. There are patio table and chairs outside.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout. Heating can be controlled via the radiators or by the thermostat in the kitchen. There is also a log effect electric fire in the lounge.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a travel cot and highchair stored in the twin bedroom wardrobe. Other equipment can be hired.
The nearest payphone and bus stop are on the A389 near the Little Petherick junction. The nearest shops are either St.Merryn or Padstow.

Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the kitchen.
The travel cot and high chair are both kept in the cupboard in the twin room.
