This property is ideally placed to make the most of everything North Cornwall has to offer, whether that’s laid back village life or getting out and active at the beach, in Padstow and beyond.

ACCESS: From the gravel drive there is a gate then paved level path around to the rear of the house, 2 steps take you up to a paved patio area and one step over the threshold of the back door into the utility room.
GROUND FLOOR: From the utility room there is one step up into the kitchen/dining area and the ground floor is then on one level which includes the hall, living room, ‘snug’ and cloakroom with washbasin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs will then take you to the first floor with access to the two double and 2 twin bedrooms and the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, one of the doubles has an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the ‘snug’ there are patio doors into the rear garden with one step over the threshold and one step down.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, there is a thermostat in the hallway and heating can be controlled by turning the radiators up or down. There is an electric fire in the living room and a wood burner in the kitchen. (Please bring your own logs for the fire)
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is on the sideboard in the dining room
