ACCESS: From the driveway there is 1 step up inside to the large hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: From here there is 1 step down to a twin bedroom with french doors leading out down 1 step to the garden and a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail. There is also a utility room with a door leading out down 1 step to the side path and hot outside shower.
3 steps up from the hallway take you into the large kitchen/dining/lounge area where there are large french doors leading out down 1 step onto the patio. Just off this room is a hallway leading to a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail plus the master double bedroom with ensuite shower, WC, basin & heated towel rail. This room also has doors leading out down 1 step on to the patio.
FIRST FLOOR: Back in the hallway, 12 steps take you up to the second lounge with juliette balcony and separate WC with basin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area there is one step down on to the patio, from the patio there are 4 large steps down onto the lawn (there is also a side path leading from the front drive to the back garden). There is a shed for surfboards and a gas BBQ.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, the boiler is located in the locked cupboard in the double bedroom. The thermostat for the heating is in the kitchen and living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: The high chair and travel cot is located in the property.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the downstairs living room.
All instruction files for the house are kept in the kitchen sideboard.
