Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house. There are 2 steps up to the porch and one step up into the kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, the house is all on one level there is a double bedroom with ensuite, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with dining table and a kitchen with dining area and a conservatory.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the conservatory, where you can reach the patio by going down 2 steps. Access to the outside dining area and grassy area is two steps up from the patio.
