WC and washbasin with washing machine.
Dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 6.
Living room with gas fire and space to seat 5.
Family bathroom: Bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house. There are 2 steps up to the porch and one step up into the kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, the house is all on one level there is a king-size bedroom with ensuite, a second king-size bedroom, a single bedroom with a truckle bed, a family bathroom, a living room with dining table and a kitchen with WC and washing machine, dining area and a conservatory.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the conservatory, where you can reach the patio by going down 2 steps. Access to the outside dining area and grassy area is two steps up from the patio.
