ACCESS: From the parking area there is a long path with a total of 5 steps down and 8 steps up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: From here, 1 step up takes you through the front door and into the hallway. On this floor is a WC with basin & heated towel rail, 1 twin bedroom and an open plan kitchen/living/dining room.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you up to the next floor where there is a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail and 2 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower room, WC, basin & heated towel rail). Allocated parking.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living room, there are french doors leading 1 step over the door frame out onto the balcony.
HEATING: The house has central heating throughout, the boiler is located in the cupboard in the hallway. There is a thermostat in the hallway or you can turn the heating up or down by the radiators.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a high chair located in the cupboard in the hallway, there is also a travel cot which is in the twin bedroom wardrobe.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the living room under the TV.
The travel cot is kept in the twin room and the high chair is kept in the cupboard in the hallway.

From the hallway there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which leads out to a balcony, the kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, a large fridge with a standard size freezer and the lounge has a TV and DVD player. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a separate WC with washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
A balcony with table and chairs and allocated parking for one car, there is also visitor parking but a space cannot be guaranteed.Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
