Abandon the car for the week and capitalise on this property’s prime location, just yards from Porthcothan beach. Or, if you do fancy casting your nets wider, make tracks for nearby Newquay or Padstow for shopping, surf and seafood.Accessibility
From the large parking area there are 15 steps up to the terrace area at the front of the house.
From here, 4 big steps take you up inside the front door. On the ground floor there is a utility room, a bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC & basin, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room with WC & basin, 1 children?s room with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunks, 1 family room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 twin bedroom.
13 steps take you upstairs to the large open plan living/dining room, kitchen, playroom and WC with basin.
From both the kitchen and dining area there are doors leading 1 step down onto the decking with a further 3 steps down on to the lawn. To the left of the house is a sidepath which leads round to the utility room door (2 steps up) and to the right of the house is a path and a total of 17 (steep) steps up onto the decking (please take care).

All instruction files for the house are kept in the sideboard in the dining area and the high chair is kept in the play room.
