FIRST FLOOR: There are 13 stairs to the first floor with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a family bathroom down 2 steps with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the back door there is a step out onto the patio and then 4 steps from the patio to the garden (which is sloped).
