ACCESS: From the car park, there are 12 steps up to the main door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 16 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.
INSIDE: Once in the apartment it is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge, there is a small step over the threshold to the balcony.
HEATING: Underfloor heating via gas boiler – the boiler is in the cupboard opposite the front door and there are thermostat in each room.

An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and hob and standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen, there are is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and a WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4”6 bed) with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3” beds).
