Surrounded by rolling countryside just a short stroll from the beautiful Camel Estuary which takes you to the bustling harbour of Padstow, The Barn is a warm and welcoming home where comfort and delight take center stage. Classic country interiors combine with bright bolds to create a cosy base from which to explore Padstow’s seven beaches, embrace rambling country walks and enjoy endless bike rides along the estuary.
After a day exploring, return for an alfresco family barbecue to soak in the last of the summer sunshine or during winter months, hunker down with warming winter stew for an evening in for two. This home is made for dogs with miles of beaches to bound along and fields for chasing sticks all on the doorstep.
This is a self catering retreat you’ll want to return to time and time again.

Ground Floor
An open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, the lounge has a 31″ Smart TV, kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods). There is a small freezer in the cupboard under the stairs.
First Floor
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize double bedroom (5ft bed) with access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Garden area and patio with picnic bench. Balcony from double bedroom with table and chairs.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space next to the property.
Electric charging point for an additional charge (please bring your own cable)
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
