ACCESS: Access to the property is gained from the road and through double gates and parking area, to the main door over threshold step into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside to the right of the hall down one step which leads you to the family bathroom and double bedroom with ensuite. To the left of the hall over door threshold is a twin bedded room.
FIRST FLOOR: Up 12 stairs to the first floor to the lounge and kitchen/diner which are all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Access to the garden area from the kitchen is over the door threshold and down 14 external steps, there are also patio doors leading from the master bedroom to a paved patio area and lawn beyond which is on one level.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout. There is a thermostat at the bottom of the stairs and heating can also be turned up or down by the radiators. There is also an electric fire in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a highchair which is kept in the hallway and the travel cot is located in the twin bedroom cupboard.
NB: Information files for the house are kept in the kitchen dresser.
The thermostat for the heating is in the downstairs hallway.
Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update the website if this is done.

Two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and one twin. From the double bedroom there are French doors opening out onto the patio and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with TV and DVD player, an en-suite bathroom with a ’rainfall’ shower, washbasin and WC and French doors leading to the patio.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with duel aspect (3ft beds)
