1 Ruthy’s Lane sits in a prime position in the old part of town, giving you the best base for an unforgettable family holiday. Rise and shine as sunlight peaks through the curtains, pop the kettle on in the slate-floored kitchen, then rally the kids for a trip into town and a trek along the coastline. Wander home before dusk, dust off sandy toes at the door and dish up a family feast before lying back on the sofa with your feet by the woodburner and a hot chocolate in hand. Ground Floor
A double bedroom, a kitchen with a large fridge, a range cooker with a gas hob and electric oven, wine fridge and a dishwasher. Lounge with a 47″ TV and DVD player and a woodburner, a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom ( 4ft bed) with 24″ TV with DVD player.
First Floor
A twin bedroom and a double bedroom.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with 40″ TV.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) with 23″ TV with DVD player.
Outside
A small courtyard area, patio furniture and garden shed with freezer.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

The property has gas central heating and a wood-burner in the lounge.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane, there are 2 steps up and over the doorway into a small hall. Leading off the hall is a double bedroom to the right and then up one step to the left is the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Continuing on from here you will find the kitchen and one step up to the lounge.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 steps up to the first floor then 1 large step on the left leading to the twin bedroom and 2 steps to the right leading to the double bedroom. Please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep.
OUTSIDE: There is a back door leading to a small courtyard with one step up and over.
