Sat on the outskirts of Padstow, Sarah’s View is perfectly placed for getting out and about. With parking, a garden and wood-style floors, you won’t need to worry about excess energy, tired legs or sandy feet here! Its modern feel and light, airy family areas make downtime a dream. Settle for an hour in its suntrap, tuck into a family fish and chip feast around the dining table, or sink into its deep comfy sofas chatting about the highlights of your day.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer) and a utility area and a living room with TV and DVD player.
First Floor
2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath with a shower above, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4ft 6″bed)
Outside
Garden with a small lawn and decked patio area.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space for 1 car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Babies & Children

The property has central heating throughout.

Please note that there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms but in the upstairs hallway there is a large storage cupboard, and inside there is a rail to hang clothes on.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the pavement, there is a pathway down to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: One step over the front door into the entrance hallway. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner and living room.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs to 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower above, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge there is one step over the doorway into the garden and then 6 steps up onto the lawn/patio are – these are uneven. There are also 3 steps between the side of the house and the front of the house
