Explore rock pools, build sandcastles and hit the surf at nearby Harlyn Bay beach, or stride out to the South West coastal path nearby.
Inside
An open plan lounge/breakfast bar/kitchen with a Smart TV, DVD player, an electric oven and hob and also a fridge freezer (3/4 fridge / ¼ freezer) in the kitchen. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed & feather bedding) with and en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3 ft beds & feather bedding) and an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside
Large communal garden with picnic table and chairs.
Parking
There is one allocated parking space.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided - The pillows and duvets at 1 Yellow Sands are all feather, with the exception of a couple of pillows.
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The property is heated through modern electric heaters with
adjustable settings. There are also heated towel rails and underfloor heating in
both bathrooms.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
