Living room with 43″ Smart TV and DVD player and kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, an Aga, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer).
First Floor
2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (with additional pullout full size single), a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin and also a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and a highchair in the property.

The property has central heating throughout and an open fire in the living room (please bring your own logs for the fire).

Church Lane is mostly residential terraced cottages and excessive noise levels will not be tolerated by adjacent neighbours.
There is a gas heated Rayburn in the house.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the front door straight off Church Lane and there is 1 step up into the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor is all one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 Steps take you up to the first floor which is also one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there are 2 steps up to the back door which leads out to the back garden, 3 steps take you to the storage shed and a large slate paved area where there is parking for 2 cars. This area can also be accessed from a side street to the left of the property.
