A kitchen with a electric oven and gas hob, a fridge and separate freezer (both standard size), dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and Bluetooth radio.
Bathroom with bath with handheld shower, a separate shower, WC and wash basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4ft 6 bed)
Outside
There is an enclosed, paved courtyard garden which is not overlooked with table and chairs.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture or feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Accessibility
ACCESS: The property is accessed from the main street. From here there is entry through a gate and 3 steps up to the front door. There is one step over into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a lounge area with stairs leading down to the lower ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR: 10 steep steps takes you down to the lower ground floor where there is a kitchen area and access to the outside courtyard garden. There is one small step down from the kitchen to the bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 steep steps take you up to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen on the lower ground floor there is a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs.

Our accommodation at 11 cross street was lovely and had a nice quirky feel. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed to feel totally at home. We highly recommend visiting and we felt that we were in prime position to visit other towns. We visited st Ives, lands end and Newquay during our stay and loved it.”
