Nestled together in a row of converted slate-hung cottages, this former farm barn sits in the grounds of the 17th century Harlyn House with only a few green fields between its front door and the tumbling waves.
Exposed beams, deep set windows and a country kitchen table bring a real sense of Cornish character to Harlyn Barton. Spend the day with your toes in the sand, tee up nearby at Trevose Golf & Country Club, or take a short drive into Padstow for a taste of busy harbour life.
If you’re looking for somewhere to eat then just around the corner is The Pig Restaurant located in one of Cornwalls most historic buildings, definitely worth a visit!
Ground Floor
A twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds).
First Floor
Open plan kitchen/diner and living room with a 32″ TV and Samsung Fire Stick, and an electric oven & hob, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice box in the kitchen.
Please note that the stairs are open so please take care with young children.
Outside
Small private patio garden with table and chairs plus a communal garden.
Parking
The property has parking at the front of the house.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Although the postcodes above are correct, unfortunately Google Maps do not display the correct location, 11 Harlyn Barton is not in Sandys Lane, it is located opposite the turning to Booby’s Bay and Trevose Head.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From parking area via path up one step to patio area then up one step and threshold through front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor to the left is a twin room over small door threshold and to the right of the hall is a double bedroom and bathroom both with small thresholds.
FIRST FLOOR: Up 10 stairs to first floor to the right up two stairs to lounge to the left of the stairs up two steps to kitchen/dinner.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Access to the garden patio area is via twin bedroom through Patio doors, threshold and down one small step out
