Welcome to 11 Old School Court. Soak up those beautiful distant estuary views, and love the close proximity to Padstow town, only a few short minutes if you want that hustle and bustle, but tucked away enough from the madding crowds to help you unwind.
A little holiday home that offers a perfect base for your stay in Padstow, enjoy a family lunch in the spacious dining room, or relax in the conservatory for a lazy nap whilst trying to watch the views all afternoon, enjoy the simple things at 11 Old School Court.
Ground Floor
A kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer), dining room and conservatory lounge, with a Smart TV and a cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
First Floor
1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 small double bedroom. A family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower , WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed) with en-suite shower and WC
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed)

Parking
There is one allocated parking space.
There are some visitor spaces for additional cars in the car park, however these are shared so not guaranteed.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is central heating throughout and a gas fire in the dining room.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the car park, there are 2 steps down from the car parking space, and then a further small step to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 large step over the front doorway and then the ground floor is all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs will take you to the first floor which is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: Leading from the conservatory lounge there are 4 steps taking you from the double french doors to the outside paved area.
