Only a mile from Padstow but a world away from the hustle and bustle, this holiday home is a haven for families and small groups. Being the largest property on the complex, light and airy with a good sized lawned private garden, this former farm building is part of a select development of high-end properties, green fields stretching out all around and space for two cars so you can all get out and about easily.

Ground Floor
A kitchen with electric oven and gas hob and a standard size fridge with separate standard size freezer, a lounge/diner with SMART TV and a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

First Floor
2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, 1 bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower above, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft bed)

Outside
Private lawned garden with patio area with table and chairs.

Parking
There is allocated parking for 2 cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 17:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

The property has central heating throughout and there is a a gas fire imitation log burner in the living room.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the allocated parking area there is a gateway which leads on to the paved area of the garden. From here there is a shallow step up to the sill of the front door which opens into the hallway.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a WC with basin, living/dining room with French doors leading out down 1 step to the garden and a kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you upstairs to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower,  1 double bedroom, another double bedroom, and bathroom.

OUTSIDE ACCESS: The lawn is accessed via 6 steps up from the paved patio area (no railings surrounding the top garden).
