A third floor apartment.
An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge, an electric oven and hob, and standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen.  There is also one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a second double bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5” bed)  with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5” bed) This can be made into twin beds, please request at time of booking.

Outside
Balcony with Camel Estuary views, patio table and chairs.

Parking
There is allocated parking for 1 car.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (all duvets are synthetic, there is a mix of feather and synthetic pillows).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

ACCESS: From the car park, there is a door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 50 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.

INSIDE: Once in the apartment it is all on one level.

OUTSIDE: From the lounge, there is a small step over the threshold to the balcony.
