Open plan living downstairs leads out onto a generous patio, so whatever the weather you can relax, while the kids run around you. Or, if you want some me-time once the family’s conked out, head through to the sitting room, throw a log on the fire and open a bottle of red. Bliss.

Ground Floor
Sitting room with 44″ smart TV and DVD player and an open fire, an open plan kitchen/diner/living room with patio doors out to garden and stereo and 24″ smart tv, in the kitchen area is an electric oven with a gas hob and a standard size fridge, a utility room with a standard size freezer, washer dryer and a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor
1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with distant estuary views, 1 bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC, washbasin & heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (3ft beds)

Large garden with patio.

Parking
There is parking for 2 cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There are 2 highchairs provided in the house and a travel cot.  Linen is not provided for the cot.

OUTSIDE: The garden is flat with a patio & lawn.
