Think sun-up walks across glittering sand beaches with freshly baked hot cinnamon rolls in hand, afternoons spent sea glass hunting across the shoreline for treasured keepsakes of a holiday not to be forgotten, and sipping homespun cocktails under watermelon skies at sundown as the evenings begin to creep in. With estuary vistas from the balcony, French doors to fling open on balmy days, and soft sofas to snuggle into on cooler eves; 21 New Street sings a sweet song of how your Padstow getaway could be.

Ground Floor
Sitting room with 43″ Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker, kitchen/diner with an electric oven with an induction hob and a standard size fridge and separate standard size freezer with French doors opening out onto decked garden and a twin bedroom with en-suite WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with en-suite washbasin and WC.

First Floor
Master bedroom with en-suite bath with power shower above, washbasin & WC and a large balcony with sea views, 1 double bedroom, shower room with washbasin & WC and a dressing area with stairs to second floor attic room.

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
The nearest car park is only a minutes walk from the house (The Lawn car park).

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 15:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There is a booster seat kept in the dressing room.

Accessibility

ACCESS: As you approach the front door of 21 New Street it has 1 small slate step and a further small step over the front door.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the lounge, a twin bedroom with 1 small step into the en-suite basin and WC. 1 step leads up to a separate dining room and kitchen with two sets of French doors opening out with 1 step onto the decked garden.

FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps will take you up to the first floor, directly in front of you is a double bedroom. To one side of the stairs is another step up to the large master bedroom with 1 small step into the en suite (with bath, power shower above, basin and wc) and French doors with 1 small step to a large balcony area with good sea views.   On the other side of the stairs is another step up to the separate shower room with basin and WC and dressing room.

SECOND FLOOR: Another 13 stairs to the second floor attic room. On this floor is another double bed room in bright attic space with two large dormer windows/window seats with panoramic town and sea views.

OUTSIDE: Outside on the decking are 3 steps to upper decking with a seating area.
