Sage Cottage effortlessly blends continental character with Cornish charm. Finished to a very high standard indoors, the cottage’s outdoor space also oozes quality – welcoming and sheltered, with table and chairs surrounded by pretty plants.
Plotted just moments from the harbour and shops, you’ll find it all too easy to sup something chilled in the garden before strolling to any one of the restaurants nearby. Lunchtime lazing by the Mexican orange blossom in the courtyard or breakfast lazing in bed, from its French style furniture to its ornate mirrors, its striking light fittings to its slate floors, Sage cottage puts its own enticing spin on relaxation.

First Floor
1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with TV’s and a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 : A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Garden with courtyard area (which is enclosed) with table and chairs.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Barry’s Lane there are 2 steps through the front door leading onto the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: You enter the ground floor into the hallway, lounge, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is a door leading out down 1 step to the rear garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside there are 13 stairs up to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and washbasin, the master double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE: The garden is generally flat with a patio area which is enclosed. There are tables and chairs in the garden and there is one step down at the end.
