Inside
Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Lounge with 50″ Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, electric fire and seating. Kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge (2/3) and freezer (1/3), dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table and seating. Utility room with washer/dryer.
One double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: King-size (5ft) bed with separate dressing room and en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin (3ft) beds with separate dressing room and Jack and Jill style door to the family bathroom.
Outside
There is an enclosed, private decking area with seating.
There are communal gardens around the park, plus a communal sensory garden, children’s play park and a dog agility/exercise area within the park grounds.
Parking
There is parking for two cars by the side of the lodge.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (bedding is a mix of feather and synthetic.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

“Perfect!! We stayed at 3 Mabyn Meadows, on the Padstow Holiday Village site... what a perfect experience, from start to finish! The booking process was smooth and the people at Harbour Holidays were really friendly, responding quickly to our questions (both before AND during our stay). The lodge was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed... including SHARP kitchen knives (a rarity in holiday lets!). It also had many nice "extra touches", like nice blankets and throws for keeping warm on the veranda, and nice pieces of kitchenware. The TWO walk-in wardrobes felt very luxurious and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable (we didn't try the beds in the other bedroom, but am sure they're comfortable too!). Everything in the lodge seemed brand new - there were no signs of wear and tear. Even the cushions for the outdoor sofa and armchairs were pristine. The site was well kept and had an outdoor pop-up bar called The Secret Garden - we went there a few evenings and the atmosphere was pretty magical. The service, food and drink were top notch. The location of this lodge was super handy for Padstow and we hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you, Harbour Holidays! Date of experience: 16 September 2023”
