Originally built for the crews of pilot gig boats, 3 Pilot Cottages stands proud above Hawkers Cove, just moments away from the sand. Carefully restored to maintain its original character while offering sleek modern living, this property has the balance just right: a light living space, a well-appointed kitchen and a contemporary, airy feel – with a view to die for.
Ground Floor
An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob and a fridge freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer) in the kitchen and a TV in the lounge.
First Floor
1 master double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC

Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A bunk bedroom (2ft 6” beds)
Outside
Communal front garden and terraced back garden with patio area with table and chairs.
Parking
Parking for 1 car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and a highchair in the property. Please bring you own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the parking area walk down the hill, on the left there 13 steps down, a walk a long the shared path and from here there is one small step over the threshold of the front door into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor is all on one level with its lounge/kitchen/dining areas.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside 14 stairs take you to first floor with its bunk bedroom which has a step up to the room, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, there is a small step over the threshold to the bathroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there is a door to the garden which takes you down three steep steps to patio area then an additional six steps to the grassed area.
