Letting the day slip by in this cosy cottage. Stylish and contemporary, 35 Duke is just a stones throw from the harbour, set on a pretty row of macaroon coloured cottages.
Piling sandy shoes by the wooden stable doors, topping up glasses in the characterful kitchen, and resting your head in comfy beds ready to do it all again the next day, 35 Duke Street is a tucked away cottage close to the action of Padstow’s old town.
Bare beams, wooden staircases and century-old granite walls mix with contemporary finishes to create a modern cottage with a beach-side feel. The stylishly fitted kitchen includes a cosy dining space, ideal for hearty fish suppers with your favourite people.
Ground Floor
Lounge with TV and DVD player and kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob and a fridge/freezer (3/4 fridge, 1/4 freezer), from the kitchen there is also a door out to the courtyard.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom and a bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (2ft 6” bed)
Second Floor
1 single bedroom with en-suite WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom (3ft bed)
Outside
Very small rear courtyard area with table and chairs.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (all pillows and duvets are synthetic except the double duvet which is feather).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and a highchair in the house. Please bring your own linen for the cot.

There is central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Gas / electric are included in your holiday.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Duke Street with 2 small steps up inside the front door. There is also access from Barry’s Lane round to the back of the property.
GROUND FLOOR: There are then 2 steps down into the living room with a further 2 steps down into the kitchen/diner. From here there is a door leading out down one step onto a courtyard area with table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 12 steps up to the first floor and a room with built in bunk beds, bathroom with bath, shower above & WC and 3 steps down into a double bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 12 steps take you up to the second floor and a single bed with pull out single bed with en-suite WC & basin.
