Directly on the Saints Trail and moments away from the Camel Estuary, 4 Dennis Cove is the perfect mix of coast and country.

 Summers can be spent exploring the delights of Padstow, bike riding along the Camel Trail to Wadebridge for ice creams or building sandcastles in one of our nearby beautiful sandy beaches.

Hunker down in the winter in front of the fire with a good book and tipple of your choice.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall, into the utility room and shower room.  Utility room with washing machine, sink.  Separate shower room with WC.

First Floor
Open plan lounge / kitchen / diner.  Seating 6, log-burner, 50″ flat screen TV.  Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  Patio doors leading out to the garden.

Second Floor
2 double bedroom and 1 twin, main bathroom with overhead shower, WC, washbasin.
Bedroom 1 : King size bed (6ft)  Can be made into twin beds.  Please state on booking your preference.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed (4.6ft)
Bedroom 3 : Twin beds (2.6ft)

Outside
Courtyard style garden to the back of the property with seating.

Parking
Parking for 2 cars is directly in front of the house on the shared parking area.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 15:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

ACCESS: From the level parking area there is 1 step up over doorway into the property.

GROUND FLOOR: From the front door you go into the hall and then through to the utility area and shower room, all on one level.

FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up to the first floor lounge / kitchen / diner, all on one level.

SECOND FLOOR: 12 steps up to the second floor bedrooms and bathroom, all on one level.

OUTSIDE: Two steps over from the dining room out to the seating area, further 3 – 10 steps up to the small slopped lawn area.
