This top floor apartment not only has enviable views across the estuary and beyond, its waterfront location puts all of Padstow within arms reach, while its charming décor and cosy feel creates a home-from-home ambience to retreat to when you’re good and ready.

Lounge/dining room with a TV and DVD player, a small kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, standard size fridge with an ice box and a filter coffee machine. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and overhead power shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with TV.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
Parking
An allocated parking space for one car in the North Quay car park.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm

ACCESS: The parking space for the apartment is situated just outside the building. There is then one step over the door frame into the lobby and then a total of 28 steps up two flights of brick stairs.
