Take in its unrivalled views from Pentire Head across to Rock, soak away the strains of the day in its freestanding bath or meander outside for some me-time on the sheltered patio. 42 Dennis Road does holidays with true class.

Ground Floor
Kitchen with adjacent conservatory dining room with  an electric oven and gas hob and a large fridge/freezer ( 2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer), a front sitting area with views across the estuary, a 1 master king-sized double bedroom with estuary views and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with extra-large zip and link beds which is made up as a double (can be made up as a twin on request) and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5” bed)  with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.(6” ziplock bed), this can be made into a twin room on request.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom  (5″bed).

First Floor
Lounge area with Juliet balcony with panoramic views across the estuary, a SMART TV  and a family bathroom with free standing bath, washbasin and WC.

Outside
Balcony with patio table and chairs.

Parking
There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and highchair.  Please bring your own linen for the cot.
If you need to hire any further equipment either for the beach or your holiday home, or would like a babysitter please click here for details of who you can contact.
Care should be exercised with children at the front of the property where there is steep access, and no balustrade to the parking cut out.

Accessibility

ACCESS: The parking area is located just off the main road at the bottom of the house, and from here there are 12 steps, a path and then a further 7 steps to the front door. There are then 2 small steps over the doorways to enter the house.

GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the house, downstairs is all on one level with the exception of one step down from the kitchen to the conservatory dining room. Leading from the dining room/conservatory, there is 1 step over the door and then a further 5 steps up to the patio area with table and chairs.  There is also a path that leads around the side of the house, taking in 3 steps between the front and back of the house.

FIRST FLOOR: From the downstairs seating area there are 14 stairs which will take you upstairs to the lounge with small Juliet balcony and the family bathroom with free standing bath, washbasin and WC.
