Open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room with panoramic estuary views, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob and a fridge/freezer ( ½ fridge, ½ freezer) and a TV and DVD player in the lounge, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC & washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

First Floor

Large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath, WC & washbasin and doors leading out onto a balcony plus a twin bedroom with balcony and a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 4; A double bedroom (6ft bed) with an en-suite free-standing bath , washbasin and WC

Lawned garden, patio area with table and chairs, hot shower.

There is parking at the property.

Linen and towels are provided.
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
