And if you draw the long straw at 44 Treverbyn, you’ll be pulling open your bedroom curtains to estuary scenes too. Step through the light-filled conservatory and into the lovely garden, where you can enjoy picnics on the lawn and supper as the sun goes down. Don’t forget your cycling shorts, as the Camel Trail is only minutes away. Or if wining and dining is more your style, Padstow’s abundance of waterfront restaurants and bars are yours for the taking.

There is a travel cot and high chair at the property (linen not provided).

Care should be taken on the steep driveway and in the garden as it is on different levels and also in the front garden caution with children as the wall drops at the bottom of garden with no railings.

ACCESS: From the road there is a steep drive way leading to the house and access is then gained through a side door with 3 steps up into the porch.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC and washbasin, a double bedroom, a kitchen/diner and a lounge area with French doors leading into a conservatory.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs then take you up to the first floor with a twin bedroom, a double, a small double, the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and a double bedroom with en-suite bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the ground floor there is 1 step down into the back garden from the kitchen and 1 step down into the the garden through a sliding door from the conservative.
In the front garden there are 5 steps up to front paved area and 4 steps down onto a grassed area – please take care with children as the wall drops at the bottom of garden.
There is then 1 step down, around to the back gate and back garden with 3 steps up to a lawned area with garden furniture.
