Retreat from the thrum of Padstow harbour and set yourself up for exploring Cornwall’s countryside. 5 Little Dinas is made for filling your days with all that the county has to offer. From its outskirts location, the Camel Trail, town centre and unfolding North Cornwall coastline are within easy reach, while at the property itself, parking, a large kitchen and welcoming lounge ensure you’ve got all the home comforts you need to take it easy after a day taking it all in.
Inside
Lounge/dining room with TV and DVD player, kitchen with an electric oven with gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge / ½ freezer), separate WC, a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Outside
Private rear garden and pretty front garden.
Parking
There is parking for 2/3 cars at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: There is a driveway at the front of the property with parking for up to 3 cars. From here there is 1 step onto the front lawn and 2 steps up inside the front door.
INSIDE: The property is then all on one level and comprises of a downstairs WC with basin, living/dining room and large kitchen/breakfast room. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 of the double bedrooms does have limited space around the bed (both beds are 4ft 6” 1), 1 twin room (3ft beds) with ensuite shower, WC and basin and a separate bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE: There is a lovely, enclosed garden and access is gained via a door leading out from the kitchen, down 2 steps onto a patio with table and chairs and then 1 step down onto the lawn.
