The spacious living area offers the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the local area, with Padstow and the stunning Seven Bays just a short drive away. 

This welcoming property is truly a home-from home, providing comfortable, relaxed living surrounded by the glorious Cornish countryside.  Whether you're curling up with a good book or sharing stories from the day's adventures, the space invites you to slow down, breathe out, and fully embrace rural Cornwall.  The barn is located down a private road nestled amongst a vineyard. 

Just a minutes stroll from 5 Trevibban Barn is Trevibban Mill, historically the home of a miller and his family, the land is now the home to vines, apple trees and native English Southdown sheep, a lovely place to visit for a bite to eat or just for a spot of wine tasting. 

First Floor
A kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer a dishwasher and a large lounge 41″ Smart TV and electric fire place.

Lower Floor
A kingsize double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and two double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a bath, shower WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (6ft bed) 
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft bed)

Outside
A patio area with table and chairs.

Parking
Ample parking is available.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (feather pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Accessibility

ACCESS: There is parking for the property at the front of the house. From here there are 6 steps up from the parking area to the front door, there is then one step up in through the front door.

FIRST FLOOR: Once inside the property the kitchen/diner and living room is all on one level.

LOWER FLOOR: 13 steps take you down to the lower floor and 1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Also 2 double bedrooms and the family bathroom. This is all on one level.

OUTSIDE ACCESS:  From the back door there is one step over the threshold to a patio area with table and chairs.
