A kitchen with an electric oven and hob and a fridge /freezer (3/4 fridge, 1/4 freezer), a dining room, two double rooms, one with an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, one twin bedroom and a double bedroom with zip and link beds and a family bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.

A lounge with 50″ TV and Sky, balcony and views across the Camel Estuary.
Outside
A patio area at the back of the house with table and chairs. At the front of the hosue there is a large table with chairs and benches.
On the balcony there is a small table and 2 chairs.
Parking
Parking for up to 3 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a highchair and travel cot in the property. Please bring your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the pavement at the front of the house there are 11 steps to the front of the house and an additional 4 steps up and into the porch area. 1 additional step takes you from the porch into the hallway. Alternatively, after the first 11 steps, there is a pathway to the side door and then 1 step over the doorway into the kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor is all on one level with the exception of 1 step between the dining room and kitchen, the ground floor consists of 2 double rooms, 1 with an en-suite, a twin bedroom, a king-size bedroom with zip and link beds a family bathroom, dining room and kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs then take you from the dining room to the lounge with one step up and over the patio doors onto the balcony.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back downstairs, 1 step over and then down takes you from the dining room to the patio area with its table and chairs and a couple of sun-loungers. From the patio area there are then 4 steps up to the parking area.
